You only live now. To be aware of the past and future can be helpful, but also a burden. Use these powers carefully, but most certainly do not identify yourself with your past or future paths. Be your best now and all will be okay. Sure you can learn from the past or dream about a great future. But it still all happens in the now. There is only now.

Thoughts are just pictures and stories flying by. Don't get too attached to them. Most thoughts come right from the "matrix-programming" anyway.

Take a deep breath and feel your energy flowing. In the end you are just that: "energy". Compressed energy in a vessel that's CAPABLE of observing, feeling and thinking. But these powers are just tools to experience everything in this realm. Your observed reality, emotions and thoughts do not define you.

It sure helps you navigate through life, but it's rather to help you see through all the BS than to take it all with you as if it belongs to you.

The trick is to get rid of the opinion of others, our current beliefsystems, overhyped popculture, political correctness and the fearmongering news.

But also get rid of your own expectations of life, your striving to perfection and above all: your ego.

Letting things go is much more beneficial than adding stuff to your life. Be free like a child. No worries, no fear, no pressure and no limitations.
